...ts at the employees and uses the abuses language, creating a toxic environment . The salary structure is terrible with frequent and unjustified deductions, Employees are often forced to work overnight after office hour to meet the unrealistic deadline, yet there's is no appreciation and recognition of their effort ,The leaves polices are extremely strict and unreasonable adding to the stress . This's company environment pushes employees into depression and anxiety , it was the worst decision of my life to work here an absolute nightmare . To make the matters worse , they manipulate the online reviews by paying hired employees to post the fake positive feedback.

... Work environment. Disrespect the freshers and stuck in code. Mental torturing Deduct salary, deduct Sunday and Saturday. Deduct whole month salary in the name of low performance. Ignorance. Worst place to learn. Worst place for fresher.

The atmosphere is fine but work load is too much. They cut the salaries if the work is not as per their expectations.

The company don't give any salary structure. The company timings are strict. The company timings are 9-6:30 but a employee cannot come out of the company before 7.

During entire lockdown they are not providing me work from home.From 4 monthei am asking them for work,but they are not providing any work neither salary. I am suffering with many problems due to them.

...o has awesome management team and good infrastructure with friendly teammates. It has a high salary as compared to other small companies. Really like this company and highly recommended for people just starting out for work. Thanks.
