Company POLITICS!! This is a company which is run by A**HOLES. Balya Tapkir, Vishlya Pawar & Uday Deshpande are the three people responsible for tremendous amount of losses to the company. Due to the cheap, uneducated, indecent GAWATHI people the profit margin of this company is less than 5%. They always do cast based politics, shout at the people and keep them on PROBATION deliberately.

1.The salary which protect you not to pay tax to government. 2.low networks to keep you focused. 3.It take care to keep you down to earth. 4.teaches you how peoples can betray you. 5.Extend your ability to work 15-16hrs a day(also Saturdays) .

1.No Breakfast 2.Drinking water : no cooler are present. 3.leave policy.

Third class management... ITI fitter are design managers... They don't know what is the difference between pressure and force... Politics, politics and politics everywhere... These hopeless people makes assistant design managers, senior design engineers cry because they feel that u may take away their importance... Only ITI and diploma no value for degree...

Work life balance is good for design team as long as you are in favour of your HOD. The top management was approachable. Have good project managers who atleast take initiative to handle and not just pass pressure.

Dislikes

Inexperienced top management with no vision or road map for future. Short term goals are important rather than vision. Lots of politics for too little gains. People will actively belittle your achievement and amplify your mistakes. Innovation is frowned upon and any new ideas are dropped at whims and fancies. Top management doesn't want to even help at resolving issues. Customer avoidance is a norm and project managers prefer to handle without bringing it to notice of top management (not that they would be able to help anyways)
