I like working in Tower Aluminium because is full of wealth experience.

Dislikes

What I actually dislike is the background structure whereby junior staffs are earning far better than so called manager. Besides, no respect for managers. In fact, I can summarily say it I'd a taboo to work in Tower Aluminium as a graduate but favour for even people with primary six leaving certificate.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
