There is lot of politics, management behaviour is intolerable. Salary is too low for all positions. You have to inform management before 3 month for leave or resign. For emergency leave there is lot of procedure to do. Overall you will have a bad experience.

It's very good experience working with towell group,here i got freedom of work,having a job security, disciplined work culture,bunch of professionals, company policies about work and worker are also adequate.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ew challenges in work, which helps us grow as a competent leader in our field. During pandemic time, no salary deductions have happened. Work from home facility is given. Even in office is completed disinfected with temperature checks of each employee along with mandatory mask and gloves. Seating arrangement is done with social distancing. Also MD and senior management keeps a check on each employee Health on daily basis via inter department WhatsApp groups, which shows forward thinking by company in utilising Social media.

Company is setting standards in everything. No negatives.
