Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It's an govt organization, so no need to worry about job security. Higher management is good and helping nature please contact senior instead of colleagues.

Work culture is not that good as people outside of Gujarat cannot be comfortable/able to cope up easily. Colleagues are not friendly and be aware of their dirty politics.

Actually tourism is a group of company. At present the development of gujarat tourism is fastest growing. every day new people gets new ideas so our knowledge is also increases. Actually I M Student's of HR so, New people gets new education every day. Tourism also celebrate lots of fair and festivals so also have a best opportunity to participant every event. Tourism give lots of opportunity to every kind of works so,obvious mine career growth is bright and also given very good salary. so, i like this employees policy.
