Good work environment and culture. Appraisals in company are fair for all employees. I learnt enormous new skills that are mandatory in new work scenario. Overall, it was great opportunity to work with India's best ielts institute.

Salary is main criteria that I do not like about this company. There is no increment in salary.

I had a extremely worse experience with this organisation, there is no dicipline at all no respect for honest hard working and sincere employee, seniors r worse here they just talk but never support r guide, nobody take responsibily of female security evn when customers misbehave also regional head commented cheaply on my saying im 40-41 but still make mistakes and actual age f just 35-36 but sadly he was totaly unaware of my job experience and he was asking me that what a shame he comments on a female employee regarding their age but they r unaware of her professional experience and nobody took action against him cz he s relative of MD.. I hate the way they treated me entirly and told me im totaly incapable
