Though the rules and regulation is strict, working there is good experience. Salary is good but yes work load is also alot. Management is helpful and is available whenever needed.

Workload is a lot. One who is passionate about working, can work there without any problem.

Atmosphere is really good and everybody is very supportive. Policies of this company are good and you will get appraisals time to time and give good salary.

Partiality is the thing that i really dislike about this place and appraisal will not received as per your performance but by the relation with the management people and same for salary. Which should not be done by them everybody does hard work to achieve something. Which can discourage employees immensely.

...to say she is fabulous in all terms and is understanding enough in all respects. There are good options for bonus and all but you just have to grab those and follow certain rules and regulations of the organisation. Holidays was the only problem to maintain the balance between work and personal life otherwise it is a good organisation.

...egional manager they all are nothing but bunch of arrogant and ignorant people .They dun really care about their employe they as compared to other try to give good salary but after peak they fire u evn though you are star performer.Every employee who r working or left repented after joining it .They give salary on 25 and also there r unnecessary deductions they hire freshers and make them robot .such a crap company their reason of downfall is their unethical work ethic and firing of their best employees coz they crossed 30 + salary .Never join it
