Good team to Work with👍. They 'll allow yourself for one year training programme with low packages for degree holders & appraisal is good on the recent years as a company is in growth category. They 'll involve yourself on any work based on their needs in production. You can learn overall but perfect rules for work culture. Other than that it's good company for u to work with.😎

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
