For Example if you have 50k salary, monthly you have to spend 20k for petrol, material cost, printouts, Food for Labours etc. Next is company culture. You can learn a very good language after joining in TSI. There is no example. That you have to feel it from this very big office. Next is space in the office. Because of lots of space for every employees employees are sitting on another employees table. Next is silence. You can see a peaceful atmosphere when you can go to office. Especially 2nd Floor. That also one should feel from their heart.

Many. Office culture is very bad. CMD rules and regulations are very very bad. Managers also not supportive they don't want to build a team. For everything you need to say sorry I'll not repeat it again....

The company is following so many police for Employees and company developments. the company following different methods for Employees promotion( like based on Billing and amount collection per year , it's new for project people's) so your promotion is in your hand only and another one is salary date , Every month 1st date will definitely get salary

The working time is more than 12 hrs per day , Managers is the real problem for this company ( Chennai Branch) they are didn't support Even very small issues , and they didn't given leave for single day in a month Even Every Sunday also you have to work must without compensation leave or salary . The company didn't provide store keeper . Store handling, store maintaining is also Engineer's response.
