The best part is flexibility in job. Get training for everything you do here. Attractive/respected salary. Not at all fixed to one table, travel from place to place. Work-life is well balanced here. Growth is totally dependent on one's performance. Its clear "Survival of the fittest". But nothing goes in vain here.

9-6 Job if you are lucky

Dislikes

Superannuation is component added to your salary which can only be withdrawn after 5 years of Active employment. This minimize your take home salary. There are Sr. Employees who hire professionals but want to do what they want & never uses the new recruits expertise. Not ready to take any responsibility & push all blame & issue to you. Rubbish emails can be expected. Nano management is done by your N+1. (Washroom breaks, if WFH then if you get idle on teams is noted down) Everything is approved by your N+1 which allows him/her to misuse the given powers.

Work life balance is good. No work pressure. Actually nothing good to do.

Dislikes

Horrible salary structure, poor top management with poor technical knowledge. Most of the top management are working since 10+ years and hardly have updated their skill set. Credit of somebody's good work is 100% eaten by others. No proper guidelines of promotions or salary or career growth. If u want to chill join If u want to grow ,run away.

No work pressure. Good work life balance. But its not a perk if u look for a good career.

Dislikes

Bad salary structure, no recognition, higher authorities eat up your credits. No vision for future. Only copy paste of idea is done by 90 % people. One can not expect to grow here. If u want to do nothing and relax .join this place. Best for relaxing . U can see partiality and favourism here. If u have any relation with france be it college (dsnt matter if its lowest grade) or u know some french people u r good to survive. U can expect no growth. Annual growth is 5+/- 2. No regard for talent. Only butter works not skill

Likes

The exposure given is good and job security is excellent. The company valus training. Gives very high value to safety and Ethics. Innovation is promoted. Employees are given options to try different departments and learn different skills.

Dislikes

The compensation package is terrible till very senior roles. There is no pay parrity nor corrections. Annual Increments have been horrible since 5 years. Employees are taken for granted and moved around. They prefer to take new employees at higher pay than giving existing employees a good compensation for the work done.
