According To Current Situation I Think They Don't Deserves Anything.

... believes in her and leaves no scope for genuine issues raised by the employees. Under her leadership, cost-cutting has become the sole priority that came at the cost of employees' salaries, growth, and job satisfaction. The work environment is pretty toxic; there is no real learning opportunity, career progression is nil, and zero motivation to continue staying. Reasons to Reconsider Joining Total Marketing(DS Smith): No transport or meal facilities – Employees have to manage everything on their own. No Increments or Growth in Salaries: Hard work is not appreciated; cost-cutting is all that matters. No Appreciation or Recognition: Efforts go unnoticed, and promotions are nil. No Career Growth: It has been turned into a "fresher's hub" to save money by the SSC Head, and there is no scope for experienced people to grow on. Extremely High Micromanagement: Everything from minor-minute tasks is kept under control. Toxic leadership: Decisions are taken that benefit the SSC Head and not the employees. Cost-cutting everywhere: No investment in employees, while money is blown on an expensive office space which remains empty most of the time. While the European management has a very good vision to take care of employees, the leadership in SSC India is misguided with wrong information. Presently, no major layoffs, some client contracts are secured till 2028, but it's tough to retain people in this toxic culture. Final Thoughts: A company once known for great work-life balance and caring had everything collapsed with the arrival of the present SSC Head. Looking for stability or growth in the career- then Total Marketing(DS Smith) isn't a good choice, bro. Think before joining!

...nced professionals. Cost cutting practices at highest level, wherever required. Don't want to invest in employee's increment but ready to pay lakhs for big office space which remains empty 4 days in a week. Major Client having contract till 2028 And till 2026, other small clients in AMEA region. No major layoffs by management till now. So Good luck and make your decision keeping this in mind, earlier it was good option due to excellent work life balance and culture however this is now all ruined because of SSC head.

Toxic Leadership & No Growth – Think Twice Before Joining Since Sushma Amin took over as SSC Head, the work culture has completely deteriorated. Micromanagement is at its peak, and her autocratic leadership style creates a suffocating environment. She makes decisions solely based on her own convenience, often misleading senior management while maintaining complete control over all SSC employees. Unfortunately, European managers and HR trust only her version of events, making it nearly impossible for employees to voice concerns. Her primary focus is cost-cutting at the expense of employee well-being. She manipulates communication to upper management to suit her interests, exploits employees, and offers no real growth opportunities. The SSC, once a great place to work, has now become a cost-saving “fresher’s hub,” where experienced professionals are undervalued, and learning opportunities are nonexistent. Things to consider before joining: No transport facility No canteen, meals, or snacks No rewards or recognition No increments No career growth No learning opportunities No perks or benefits Extreme cost-cutting wherever possible Despite being willing to spend huge amounts on an office space that remains empty most of the week, SSC refuses to invest in employee increments or well-being. While European management itself is excellent and prioritizes people, SSC India has suffered under its current leadership. Currently, major clients have contracts till 2028, with smaller AMEA region clients contracted till 2026. So far, there have been no significant layoffs, but the culture shift has already made it an unpleasant place to work. Final Advice: If you're considering joining, be cautious. The once-great work-life balance and culture are now completely ruined due to poor leadership. Choose wisely.

Someone who really doesn't mind anything happening around him will really like it.

Dislikes

The female managers here degrade other females just to be cool. Also, flexibility and emergencies are allowed to happen only for the managers. Level of micromanagement is beyond anything. Seeing people suffer gives them pleasure.
