1)Poor communication - From the outset, communication with the TMS Global team was sporadic and unresponsive. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered, leaving me to navigate complex projects without adequate support. 2)Lack of transparency - The Company's leadership was unclear about project expectations, timelines and budget. This lack of transparency led to confusion, delays and cost overrun. 3)Unfulfilled Promises - TMS Global promised a collaborative and supportive work environment but in reality, the team was fragmented, and resources were scarce. 4) Inadequate training - Despite assurances of comprehensive training, I was thrown into complex projects without sufficient guidance or support. Conclusion In conclusion, my experience with TMS Global was disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of transparency, poor communication and unfulfilled promises made it difficult to succussed in my role. I work on an amazing client, they are challenging but also very good. I have progressed so much and get given a lot of responsibility , some days are long but i do not work weekends anymore!

No promotion opportunities for me right now, will see if this comes in future but right now i am learning still which is good

The female managers here degrade other females just to be cool. Also, flexibility and emergencies are allowed to happen only for the managers. Level of micromanagement is beyond anything. Seeing people suffer gives them pleasure.

If you don't want to grow yourself, do some data entry type work and accept 3.45% yearly appraisal then this company is good for you.

There is no herarchy and career path structure define in this company and they are making us fool about work, their JD has different work responsibility and actually you will do some data entry type work. This scenario is belongs to guru dorancharye metro station office.
