My colleagues was supportive not including managers and seniors.

...eryone and after one increment you have to wait another 3 yrs for 2nd increment. owner of this Company is Baniya he totally show here cheapest way like how to cost cutting. And they fired recently on 2024 new year atleast 60-70 employees without any reason. And they will force you to do work on weekends holiday without any OT. Overall bad experience I am regretting now why I left my previous company for this black word company.

Nothing to like. The company is a sh**thole. I will only recommend to join if you are not getting a job and leave ASAP. Only people reviewing good would have benefitted from Nepotism or would be from HR or Admin or similar role where you are on a picnic instead of job. They will extract money out of vendors, employee and everyone. They have all the power when you leave the company. You'll not find one satisfactory resignation. They will try to steal your hard and well earned money even after serving them for a while.

Dislikes

Everything. Ask me reason to not join and the list is endless. Only join if you've zero options. Absolute filth. Good luck if you join and leave ASAP. PS: not sharing real details down below as i don't want to be dragged in this Shi**hole again.
