The quality of the old projects are good compared to new projects in terms of design.

... equivalent salaries. Consider below points before joining the company. 1. Salary delays (2-3 months for junior role posts, 5-8 months for senior role posts) and Appraisal delays (5-7 months, FY2021 -22 appraisals came in Nov 2021). 2. Less growth (5%, if your manager doesn't want you to grow, irrespective of your deliverables quality and efficiency). 3. Long work hours even on saturdays & sundays though officially holidays. Managers during the regular day evenings and weekends be like 'I don't know what you do, I want you to do this and send it by tonight'. 4. Tight deadlines for people who delivers work effectively and these people have to pull out extra work hours on a daily basis (Avg work hours come to 11-13 hrs). 5. Late deposits of EPF (1 yr delay). 6. Non-responsive HR department even after numerous mails asking for pending salaries (with crappy corporate policies, which themselves don't know how to implement), 7. To much coordination works without any outputs for long time. 8. All projects of the company run in delays (5-7 yrs) and no proper timelines given for customers on projects delivery (customers generally make dharnas in the company on a regular basis). 9. Lot of micromanagement from the head managent and the team members have to take approvals for even for a small change in designs. 10. Very high attrition rate (> 40%), few new people who joined in the senior posts like CFO (finance), Project CEO's, etc. left the company with in 2-3 months of their joining. 11. Few of the seniors in few teams are just timepass people. You will see this mostly in PMO, liaison, all design departments, etc.

Company is good ( But Managers in the company some departments spoiling the work environment)

Dislikes

Salary delays Mangers are not good for Quality, spoiling the work environment, treat the team like slavery No ethics HR's are surrender to departmental Heads. Departmental Heads involved in HR functions and drive to HR team.

The design looks good for outside people

Dislikes

They recruited more staff through aadya hr solutions while select a few for High salary for total environment recruitment many are placed through reference for example in their raphodsy project most finishing engineer are Tamil because the finishing engineer head is a Tamil person who will select only or mostly their people in interview salary is super delay People who are recruited thru aadya are like second class citizens. There is a different way the design is done and customer are acquired and. Site engineer supervisor are taken for will and have to deal with attrocities of higher hierarchy

Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

They treat employees like shit. Never pay on time and pay one month's salary in 3 months and expect employees to spend from their pockets. They don't pay epf for months and bonus dues for years (which is btw deducted form employees salary itself). They overwork architects in the name of deadlines that don't even matter in the end and don't even compensate for it. Their branding is all a facade. It would be fitting to call them fraudulent.

Not one thing is likeable at this company.

... in the office. The VP design behaves as if the company has bought the employee. Expect to work 24x7 and when it comes to pay the salary, it gets credited after a good delay of 2-3 months and that too only by giving countless calls to HR and payroll manager. The company is also known the delete negative feedback on their social media handles. When it comes to design, it does look good from outside but its actually one and the same thing that is repeated in all their projects. Same unit plans in different different projects. Projects run for years and years and all the deadlines that seniors generate are nothing but pointless as the cant execute anything on time. I posted a negative review on google reviews and one of their employees tries to argue with me regarding the same. Guess the staff cant handle the truth. Frankly speaking, please DONT WORK AT THIS OFFICE as there is very little to learn and a lot to lose. The higher officials will make sure you dont have a personal life and also ruin your financial stability. Office premises look good from outside and its all a mess from inside. Even the desks are not at all hygienic and they dont even have proper chairs to sit and work.
