The employer is bias. He does not care about employees personal life. He gives very less wage and demand work like anything. No personal life. No Saturdays off. Employer is not comfortable to talk with. Even harassment issues are there which nobody handles. No team outings. Party happens once in 3 years. Forced to wear formals.
