Very toxic and highly unprofessional CEO.This one man destroys the entire culture and work spirit of all staffs.Dare to use frequent slangs and discuss about vulgarity openly infront of ladies staff.Worst part of him is that he will engage entire company in meeting for even 5 to 6 hrs even though 90% of attendees not even concerned with that..this 32 years ceo lacks enough maturity to talk to professionals..he even calls CTO stupid and non sense and threats to remove him infront of all staff meetings.he takes 10 min to fire anyone and don't even care to do KT.I faced lot of problems when he fires very important developers , testers mid of night without even consulting hr or me and obviously leaving no scope to get KT from exit staffs.After all he is a debt collector and don't know how to handle his responsibility in a SAAS company. Comic part is that he will come up with fake bugs and will grill hours together to all staffs for hours and will use slangs against CTO.

1. On time salary 2. This is a place where you can literally learn and earn. Friendly colleagues, CTO and managers. 3. Open to ideas that benifits the organisation. You have to provide POCs. Young and energetic CEO with brilliant project ideas. 4. Startup Fast phase work culture. You will get to learn alot which will boost your career. 5. Flexible working hours. 6. Can have direct conversation with upper management, very clear roadmap.

Dislikes

1. No job security. But please understand this is not a complaint. Please understand this is a startup and a company will not entertain you if it doesn't benifit itself. 2. No other complaints

...very cooperative teammates and most of all productive and best work environment. Company policies are good with good salary and provided always on time salary and benefits. I enjoy my work here.

Can learn a lot for freshers this is a gold mine. Friendly work environment everybody is very helpful. You don't get to interact with the senior level people in other companies.

Management need to understand that employees also have family.

I have only recently started working here and it has been an excellent opportunity. The work here and the projects are very interesting, while superiors are super friendly, and never use their position to undermine or intimidate you. The whole team here feels like a team and is the best I have worked with
