I got trained from a master in manufacturing he had overall 50plus year s of exp in machine's. So build me and groomed me at diversefied design Engineer. So thank my time to which I got chance to work with him.

...oduct. Their is no any allowance and benefits for the newly joining employee. Simply don't sacrifice ur time for any of the reason and accept for low pay job

Company Owner was very good person but staff was very poor and uneducated and all are from same community, they don’t like to grow any other people

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also not good and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3.5 years before which you can not resign. On the job training is not given to new joined.

The company is open to innovation and ready to adopts new technology. this company run over 2 decades more than 60year experience in vacuum technology

in my point of view is salary my commitments more then my current salary thats reason

working environment with staff was good, helpful. Owner, really a very nice person. got to learn many things in vacuum.

But, very bad experience with assistant manager of vacuum division (Mumbai Branch). used to speak over phone for about 30 to 40 minutes. Most, irritating person.
