Absolutely pathetic working culture. Middle level management has no vision and are stuck here since ages without leaning anything.

Worst environment. No work life balance. No proper salary packages compared to market. People with high qualifications in gossiping can become HODs and are entitled for high packages.

Very big organization if i come in to the pay role i get the more benifits also feel the job security.

Bad collogues not all the employees and no one here pay role employee and in charge for managing the all works like site & Guest house

So many few of them are as follows 1. HR policy, 2. Caste feeling (baised towards to caste) 3. No proper method of evaluting system for employee performance. 4. Employee promotion or confirmation or salaray hike will be purely based on the relationship bewteen employee and management not on the how much u work or how efficiently you work 5. is upgrade version of Vijai Eectricals only it is not a MNC 6. No compensation if we work for extra hours/days/months. it will be purely based on your HOD and she/he will not give and So oonnnnnn.... Please note if you know higher level management personlly then ony join If not please keep away.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
