I have worked here with passion, the same company have provided space for learning so many things to do all necessary activities which is related to the job roll

Company doesn't have any dislike but people whose around the circle with behaviour and the build a culture whose accept his point and all..this only main dislike

if you can admire your boss then you are best, work not required at all when you are admirer of boss

appraisals to only boss's admirer, others 2-3% max. No feedback matters, they don't like innovations/ not able to. too much politics, work life balance ?? ha ha ha

nothing worst place and company of my life, people do only politics,casteism and racism is in company, actually it was part of L&T but they are not giving profit, so it was sold out, and toshiba purchase. company product no durability, earlier it was selling in name of L&T now product selling on name of toshiba.
