1. Salary should be based as per the desk allotted,not as per the age or request. The revenue generator is paid marginally and the other desk is paid high. 2. If employee leaves he should be provided his awards/lucrative for his continous efforts/dedicated service. 3. If you are working only in front of the higher authority - Promise you will get great appraisal instead of working 100%.

Family like environment and the CEO does act like the family head. He believes in learning and makes sure everyone in the team learns and improves every day.

Dislikes

In office politics among various teams and departments gets a little too much at times. But even in joint families, a bit of this is expected. We just need to learn and navigate around to be effective.
