I like work culture like that work life balance, full data integrity no accept any un official work .pre planed work ,system is good ,i really accept the torrent medicines.

Dislikes

Salary is very dislike to much of cuttings.

Company provides 2nd & 4th Saturday off and Uniform which saves cost of appeals.

...an productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr. Management keeps employees so busy that he gets minimal time for social life and family.

- Old employees suffering of l salary less as per current market and same experience but new joinees same experience instead of old employee more than. - Promotion level change

If u don't pay them money in closing they will force to leave the company

CTc very less compared to other companies and if u want ruin ur life don't join neuron division of Torrent Ghy HQ division full with adjustment and 1st line Manager is the pathetic person

Company culture are too good. No work related politics. no tention about job safety, suitable for 10 lac and above package persons because 7 to 8% increment on every year and also job safety only two punch and lunch for them. no work related load because all heads are only spent time no one take responsibility about company.

Dislikes

I spent 6 year on this company every year I take excellant ratting in annual appraisal and also from last two years they nominate me for Assistance manager but not give me post. and bus facility of torrent pharma are third class no comfortable on seat non AC and roads of dahej are too bad. HR Department is only for recruitment perpose they will not responsible for any issue.
