As per the higher management, they have a very good set of policies which works directly in the favour of the employees. One of those policies are "Family First" and this is the thing i liked about the company the rests are haphazard.

Dislikes

...ne who works very hard all day long is the one who is always being criticized. The salary is very worse. Have to forcibly do duties on holidays and festivals. They are just going to suck everything out of you but are going to give pennies in return as a salary. Jo banda ghee Lagana Janta ho uske liye to ye company heaven hai guru. Creative banda ko to koi Kadar Karta Nahi hai. You will be 20x dull if you work there for more than one year. My advice, take experience and learn everything you can for a year or two and jump into some other place where you can leverage the things you learned. Don't expect to be successful here if you cant butter your bosses.

Salary in time, work pressure zero, leaves & Overtime dutys not allowed , Unofficial activities not allowed.

No early permission/half day permissions, low increments, descision making not quickly from HOD's, Hods do not follow safety, and main thing is there is a lot of pride in being an glochem employees including HOD's, more politics

I like work culture like that work life balance, full data integrity no accept any un official work .pre planed work ,system is good ,i really accept the torrent medicines.
