I was working here. No job security in Kanpur GA under GA head Mr. G.V. Ram Manohar (vice president ) He makes the toxic work environment in GA with no job security. Almost more then 5 employees, he took the job just to satisfy he’s “ego” without any fault of employees including managers, Executives are the victim of his ego termination.. can’t feel safe here to work UNDER such a narcissist and Hitler personality. He is always threatening the employees during the meeting “i will not give you any increment or i will make sure you will terminate”..

Everything about the company ram bharose. No proper work flow. No growth. No Salar and compensation. No proper resources for employees. No work life balance. Lots and lots of politics. No innovation. Toxicity in the work environment. Many more to dislike. Just avoid this company .It is good for nothing.

You will learn many things but do not expect benefits, perks and all. But Job security is great unless you misbehave with women and involve in bribing activities.

Human welfare is negligible in this company, politics every corner in this company, No benifits given for Hard work person even working on odd hours , Salary in Hand was very less comparative to other CGD company, Promotion given to those who are good in Gujarati.
