Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Location is ok ok ...or adjustable, growth is too poor, salary is horrible ,unsatisfy overall

In this company working culture is worst, lake of team work, only profit motive company. In this company has lake of professional attitude, managment talking language is not professional, no motivation, lake of team work. In case of death of employee at the time his woking there is no humanity attitude in management, No compensation policy in this company. There is no on job training for freshers. Managment is incapable to guide the collegues.Leave availed by company to employees but management is not approve your leave in timely manner to plan your holidays. Here is I feel very difficult to manage my family life. Entry in this company is very easy but exit is very difficult and horable. Management's attitude is not professional but political.
