Entire management. Managers are very critical and cut salary and also terminate employees without reason. No PF/ESI after joining they can terminate you without reason so beware.Not finding any reason to even give one star. Managers are horrible.

No Growth, until and unless the retired persons are leaving the office you will be on the same position after staying for a long time and for sales incentive structure is not upto the mark. as per industry norms.

Toxic work culture. HR here work not as a human resource but as harrassment resource. They will harass when you leave the organization. They will by every mean will try to delay your full and final settlement. Dirty politics are played here. No appreciation for your work. No promotions until you start buttering. Please do not think of joining here if you do not want to ruin your career.
