Good work. Environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management 8d transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management don't adderss our issues salary is decent but career goowth is slow there is a bond of years before wihch you cannot resign on the job training is given me to new joiness

They are main 3 things where tops need to improve 1) Strong Hr team 2)Commitment on salary date 3)Try focusing on employee retention and they are few other things where they are terrible are No proper communication between central and state team No proper infrastructure No Team Co-ordination

There is nothing to like about this company.

There is no timely appraisal or they not even increase salary as per market norms, no PF deduction, no work life balance, very rude behavior of seniors, salary and TA DA not on time, HR is helpless in every situation and he is good for nothing, No job security etc

Job pressure is very high ... Less salary comparative to work ... Chances of promotion is very less... etc.. etc...etc....

Company does not deduct PF and Don't Provides Employee Benifit. Like PF, Medical Bonus Any time will fire as Per his comfort, If You're planing to Join GD Foods you should start searching other Company also along GD Food offer letter & Appointment.
