Good work environment and work culture

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

Japanese managment is good,work life balance is good,company provide AC transportation.

Dislikes

No any Professional HR team,HR Lead by Safety person and Contractual person with zero experience in Human resource,leave and Uniform policy are there but not followed by HR,No job Security

Likes

The people are very supportive and if you ask something, its always explained very well. I also like the fact that there is an extreme focus on safety and there is no compromise when it comes to safety.

Dislikes

There should be knowledge transfer from japanese people since they seem to be very knowledgable but is like japanese live in their own world.
