I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. The Dealership is an absolute disaster and a major blunderous decision of Hyundai Motor India Ltd. HMIL has market share of 19% in Howrah but the Dealership is operating at a marketshare of 6% only...and HMIL is fully aware of it.
