No not at all.... salary was credited after 2-3 months months...and my last month salary was not given to me...rash work culture....

Salary was less and it was credited after 3months working staff is not educated and rash work culture ...no any facilities..... owner madam language is so abusive

Technical knowledge, co-workers are amazing.

Work pressure, no yearly salary hike, even if you engineer you have to work like workers (moved material by hand, on our own bike), abusive language used by Management to show you downgrade, In time fix but no fix out time, worked for more than 8-9 hrs, no proper toilets, washrooms, when you gave resignation then management not released as per notice period, they try to hook you in problems, no experience letter given,

No salary growth,no professional growth. If u stay silent they will never give u increments. There is no management to listen ur problems. They won't provide u tools and accessories and still demand ur work done on time.

Companies environment is too good, i feel very secure here, it's like my second home, very caring, helping boss. Everyone is always happy to help. And always educate us with new things and tricks very supportive teammate
