Working environment is good and working only 8 hours no one can force to extra working salary system are very good salary given before starting the new month

Tonglit is open to innovation and readily adopted latest technology. company has provided high quality end to end service to our customers. Tonglit is Taiwan company & Autogistic is Indian company both of JV. I have Management support.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high of customers,sometimes I have to stuck in major problem but our management not support us.
