Tong-Len Charitable Trust is working for a noble cause. The best thing about this organisation is the meal structure, everyone sits together and chat about their problems while on the table. It helps building trust and problem solving skills. And also you get to work with children, who doesn't want to spend time with children.

Dislikes

The management is the worst in this organisation. You can never work independently and you will end up getting irritated because of the management system. Your job title is merely a tag, you cannot work according to your job title. They will never let you work and in the end they will blame you for everything. Not at all transparent as an organization.
