...hey order to work even on holiday The work are never appreciated and rewarded The appraisal are paid in arrears after 6months in between if you quit they don't pay those arrears Promotion is only in dream The leadership team is all family and friends so there is no scope of growth as individual in company

...he 100 cr funding from Amazon all that was all spent on R&D and partying at Goa. In between they were unable to pay salaries in full to the employees including me. The had such a turmoil situation that they were even seeking for DEBT at 15-16% basis unreal sales figures. My advise to all the job seekers, beware of any opportunity with the company.

Good work environment and culture company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary every year

There is alot of politics and the management didn't address issue salary is good bt career growth is very slow

I like the collaborative working environment with my colleagues brain storming to explore and identify payment products for our customers. Flexible work hours and non-excessive work load gives me enough room for new thoughts. ToneTag is also committed towards employees for their growth.

Due to pandamic appraisal process got hit, which can be improved now.
