No Company Policies-a few people at higher level take shots regarding rules, regulations & policies No HR-HR doesn't exist. It's only your boss and his boss Few families control middle management-a few families have lots of their members working in this group for many years now. Chacha-Bhatija, Mama-Bhanja culture Groupism-you need to belong to some group to like working here No process for annual performance appraisal. No discussion, no rating, no analysis
