Likes

Work is challenging with multiple new technologies. Money is good. Top leadership is good. 2 weeks notice period

Dislikes

Management puts pressure on you in such a way that you can't handle it. The team lead Vinay is non empathetic and lied at times to his superior about me. That I was not working for 2 weeks. And there is no time to learn new technologies apart from on the job. They suddenly overwhelm you with new technologies.

They give you space to do your work. They don’t micro-manage anything. They know the timelines needed to do any creative stuff.

Dislikes

They can remove anybody anytime with just 15 days notice and I personally became a victim of it. Reason: they could not handle the team of 50, so downsized with over 12 members at once. So, I can say it’s zero job security.
