Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high .sometimes,I have to work 14-17 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the night. Managers do not value an individual's nieuw strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my midyear appraisals.

Company is very fake ...good politics, Employees are very less but to secure himself, you can be killed by him. No security. No body listen you beyond policy. And can be changed any time for company benefit. Employee welfare activities are 'ZERO'

Decision making is very slow. Policies are not at all employee centric. There is no work life balance. Even the basic amenities like tea and coffee are not provided to employees. Women safety is not taken care of while traveling for official purpose. Even if you leave early by 5 minutes due to bad health, it will be treated as a half day leave.
