Undecisiveness on certain occassions of importance with not being extremely reciprocative to change are big deterrants for the team to flourish.

Good to work in positive environment.My boss and teammates are very supportive.company policies are very good.

Dislikes

There is a some issues and the management doesn't address our problems.On the job training not given to new joinees.

A good environment for budding employees , gives alot of opportunity for learning new skills and knowledge.Toffee also follows professionalism throughout and gives equal opportunity to speak out to give new ideas / suggestions/feedback (friendly environment).

6 Working days which i personally didn't like.
