...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafe teri and baking arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The managment doesn't address our issues .There is a Bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the. Job training is not given to new joiners.

I liked this job with working in this company are, payment used to be transferred to the account on 5th to 8th in the every month and office timing is fixed ,work life is balanced in this company it means all over behavior of staff is good and they used to take the chance to grow experience .

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
