1. Management as a whole 2. HR policies are the worst 3. Leave is just 2 leaves/month. No concept of CL, PL or FL. 4. Not Technologically developed. They still rely on physical copies 5. During training period you have no clue of what you’ll be doing that day, no structure and last minute updates of tasks of the day 6. Pay is very less with limited other benefits (only official travel reimbursement which has a little low limit, and medical insurance will be based on your position)

Company is in the near end of its growth phase so sometimes may feel like a start-up

Work Life Balance is good. Support from certain teammates is good. I made good friends, probably because all of us were suffering under the same manager.

Dislikes

Managers don't care about personal time and space. Had to request multiple times for leaves.
