Job security is good... I worked there for 2 accounts... Blessed to have nice manager, TLs, and my colleagues in both accounts... My most seniors were helped me to learn more...

We should not say the work is more... But the only thing they are not giving good salary based on the work even for experienced candidates... 6 days of work... Sometimes need to work for Sunday's... OT amount is somewhat okay...

Talk about pros mainly job security and there is two shift for females one is first shift another one is second shift. After that work from home Option available..Here they are using some development tools created by Tnq..so very helpful to do work easily.. management was good..

The work from home policy is great.

Nothing much to like. A company that takes employees for granted. Salary is bare minimum. Only Sunday is off. They cut your attendance and salary if assigned task is not completed in the shift hours, which means you get nearly nothing even if you work even beyond your shift hours.

The remote server works slowly. Reviewing of work is a bit late. Working from 1:45 to 9:15 on Saturday is a bit overwhelming.
