Terrible law firm to work with. Abhishek Malhotra is an absolute dishonest Managing Partner with zero integrity and professionalism. Salaries are never on time.

No professional culture. Managing Partner is dishonest. He does not have money to pay salaries to employees, but has it for a month long vacation with his family overseas. Cheater.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
