rajeev jain the MD is prooven cheater , no moral and profational ethics regarding paymemt of salary according to commitment. He can accept your abuses also, if you forgive mere 1000 rs salary to his pocket. He can aford abuses ,insult by police as well as in front of public also at cost of 1 to 2 thousand of salary cheating At the first interaction you will found his office full with 100 of spritual jain sants photo and slogans for cheating the person by fake jainishm. Never join this mental asylum

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
