Company environment is nice,all teammates supportive.

Company management not very good,No uniform from company,No awards,no functions only work and work.Also no training to new joining.No training programs on new skills,no tours.

Nothing as such..you need to work everywhere but culture, people and other benifit make you love your job, where tata lack alot.

They charge for everything. Lack Hygiene n other basic facilities. No value to employee satisfaction

For DATs there is no hiring after 1 year apprenticeship there should be opportunity after apprenticeship
