PROS - good products to work on. - job security - on time payment even during covid - free food and cab facilities - some times ull get opportunity to meet japanese engineers who are Highly skilled.

...s near by. Please choose this company wisely. 80-90 percent of people regret it. If ur from good MNC company and just want to change job for good salary please look elsewhere.

...have to leave your room by 7:30 AM and you will be back to your room by 7:30 PM. 12 long hours with no extra perks, no good salary, no good working culture and no work satisfaction.

TMEIC is good Organization for starting Career or mid term Career growth..Overall business devided into different business Unit(BU) and each BU is responsible for It's business Development and growth..good scope for self learing and continuous improvement..

Salary structure is not upto market standards, No technical trainings, HR policy is bad.

I dont seem to dislike but yeah these companies wont pay you much if you are a fresher or at an entry level job. But still it is the best company ever.
