PROS - good products to work on. - job security - on time payment even during covid - free food and cab facilities - some times ull get opportunity to meet japanese engineers who are Highly skilled.

Dislikes

CONS - bad management, lot of politics. - too much work pressure, they'll ask u to do 2 person work and complete it on record time. - very low or no increments - non technical people hold the post of managers here, so u will struggle to get proper solution or take decision. - no training, only way to learn is through mistake and themanagement doesn't tolerate even a small mistake. - attrition rate is too high. Engineers don't stay for more than a year or 2. U will get a good hike when u join the company, but that is it you will not receive good increment. even if you get it, it'll be very less. - they'll force u to work on some Saturdays. Even though Saturday is not a working day - since covid japanese management has left the company to Indian managers, which has turned so bad. - food provided is too bad, also there are no hotels near by. Please choose this company wisely. 80-90 percent of people regret it. If ur from good MNC company and just want to change job for good salary please look elsewhere....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
