...Jasola Delhi HR force to take unpaid leave from March 18th 2020 to October 2020. March 2020 to till October I didn't get my salary. Average company where you can work and learn nothing but you have a job but no job Security.

I was working with TLC from last 3.5 Year as a Software Developer and there is no HR Policy, Pathetic HR, there is no medical facility. They love to eat employees Gratuity and its mandatory by TLC its scam. on Manager level all are Bootlicker and Company CEO not have time to listen to actual working people. BEWARE BEWARE AND BEWARE before joining this organization. 1) No HR Management look like Baniya ki Dukaan. 2) There is No policy for Employee Benefits. 3) No Work Life Balance 4) No Over time 5) No Appraisal 6) Any time they can fire you there is Hire and Fire its common in TLC 7) on Higher level you can find only politics and Bootlicker

...are the worst person in the world this is how the company treats it's worker's And for you come as every time they will give a very good package for old staff that don't care about anything

Starting when I joined , I felt like the company was very good , My seniors were supported, But suddenly everything changed .

...not even given any medical expenses, at that time my manager demanded sales , They have not paid full salary, the whole year from March 2020 till now , Sorry to say but the owner is only brother about making money, Totally not brother about the staff , Even my Manager left the company after 5 years , can you believe it , Please please, Think twice before joining the company .

...nd 2 month notice for resignation which new company wait for new employee i am working last 4 years same salary with good performance but no increament no no promotion even no bonus and perk also so better away from such company.

... going to get experience letter from this companythey never ever provide........salary timing is late ..... if u r in any hazard no one will going to help u out.I as a ex employee of this organization never recommended to anyone......very very very uncomfortable, terrible place.
