Starting when I joined , I felt like the company was very good , My seniors were supported, But suddenly everything changed .

...not even given any medical expenses, at that time my manager demanded sales , They have not paid full salary, the whole year from March 2020 till now , Sorry to say but the owner is only brother about making money, Totally not brother about the staff , Even my Manager left the company after 5 years , can you believe it , Please please, Think twice before joining the company .

List is long, Please find below details : No growth opportunity. No appraisals. Salary brackets are not defined for managers/and level & Experienced does not matter herein. Pls. do not even consider this as Tech./Sales/Call center or cooperate organization as this does not stand at any level, this is basis an year observation working here. Founded in year 2000 but still the organization does not have proper employee database platform. Still works on manual system. Tenured management staff struggle or do not have knowledge about market, no employee retention & no employee T&D. Work environment is very poor ever the infra structure. Rating of 1 -10, 10 being highest. will rate this organization to 0.1 rating.

...n this lockdown. The HR force me to take unpaid leave to 17 march to 31 march. Today is 9 April I have not get my salary as well.

I don't like the management HR policy they are not proving PF detection and medical facility.

Ranjan the manager is a single fish dirtying the pond by selecting unworthy girls giving them biased promotions and salary hikes. Not a good company to see growth for yourself. Pathetic work culture and office environment.
