Worst Company to ever work with. Pathetic culture. Idiotic policies. No communication amongst the departments. HR policies are changed every now an then. No Goals of the company. The top management has no concern what all is going on at the ground level. One of the worst hiring at executive level.

The slow growth of the old employees. The work pressure on only old employees, new employee enjoy full powers and extra scales with old employees. No suggestions email. want to be a company like Google but fail to reach like Godrej.
