...ny support. This company is very fraud. Bcos its account management is very lie. They give promises of your salery and didn't pay any salery on time.

The worst thing I felt was that, this company needed more work, but did not have to pay money.

...anagement department was completly selfish persons , specially project manager . Every month i had to face salary deduction issue , Deduction in TA & sometimes didnt transfer TA after making promises while we were going outside delhi NCR . I had working for two years in the company still i didnt get any appraisal or increament i my salary . No fixed week offs . Not even a fixed salary date . Such a cheap environment . Many of our teammates facing salary issues on monthly basis. No one was there to resolve their quiries . In my opinion Titiksha is one of the wrost company I had ever work with till now . Infact they don't issue experience letter to their employees during the time of release of the company.

Working with Titiksha was a nice experience & the good thing is that the company is truthful.

Dislikes

I thinking, there is nothing like learning in the company So my suggestion is that company should have something like Training session for all employee.
