Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Titania Autocar Pvt Ltd took jeep as his brand and as I love cars I always want to join such brand which review worldwide was excellent jeep brand manufacture off road cars with comfort and in jamshedpur it was 1st showroom opened by Titania,I got opportunity so I joined as the salary was good ,insentive was good and the working environment was also good. Within six months working there I started selling 5 to 6 cars a month and that's experience boost me up to do more.But don't know what happen within a month they just changed the brand and brought MG,so they just changed everything the management the employees everything.

The politics and the offers which they made for employees insentive they never fulfill that ,means they never be with there words.
