Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Most of the time i have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in the same day and that too without any incentive or overtime. Moreover, managers do not value the individual's strength which is wjy i have taken back my suggestions most of the time. Apart of all, i have to attend the calls throughout the day even after my offive hours gets over in the late night. You can be summoned anytime on the duty. On the special occasions and also on the festivals you would have to work with manpower in the production.
